If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do so up to 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you need to cancel with under 48 hours notice the full session fee will be charged, with some exceptions.
If meeting by Video the link is in your booking confirmation email that is sent 1 hour prior to the appointment commencing. If meeting by phone, please ensure your phone number is up to date.

The office is located alongside and transit routes. The Duncan Building is wheelchair accessible. It is locked 24/7. To be let in to the building you can buzz 214
If driving, there is free two hour parking at International Village Mall, which is located kitty corner to the Duncan Building. There is also paid street parking available.
